Breeding on large slopes produces well-developed pieces, with slices that are particularly smooth and have unique aromas of Mediterranean essences and acorn oak, and a deep, mineralized palate.
Impossible to achieve without this unique ageing process, and its minimum 30 months of curing.
Limited edition because we seek quality over quantity, and we only take out about 120 pieces a year.
